During this time it became very clear that our clinical operations infrastructure was not designed for optimal performance. Our Clinical Operations group needed guidance on resource planning, and devising and implementing patient recruitment strategies to enable us to meet our clinical trial objectives. RCSWP was able to quickly recommend an organizational structure that would effectively support the management of multiple clinical programs, provide strategies and recommend vendors to enhance patient recruitment including making a recommendation for ex-U.S. CRO. The integration of RCSWP into our clinical team activities has provided much needed support for the Clinical Operations management team and the successful completion of our trials.
